How long does Corsair take to RMA?
You will receive automatic email updates throughout the RMA process. Here are the typical processing times: 1 to 2 business days for your replacement to be processed. 3 to 5 business days for your replacement to be shipped and delivered.
Does Corsair require receipt for RMA?
Our warranty has always required a receipt. As the agent told you in your ticket, the manufacturing date cannot be used.
Can you return Corsair items?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from www.corsair.com can be returned to CORSAIR. CORSAIR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

What to do if Corsair does not receive your RMA number?
Clearly write or display your RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your RMA confirmation email inside your package. If Corsair does not receive the original product within 14 days, the charge on your credit card will remain.
Is there a 90 day warranty on a corsair?
All certified refurbished products have a 90-day, replacement-only warranty. If you need to return your Corsair product for replacement, Corsair will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. If your returned product includes any storage devices, we will not return the original storage device to you.
