Is a KLR 650 A good beginner bike?
There isn’t anything wrong with a KLR for a beginners bike decent power but wont kill you, but it is a much taller bike. The bike won’t be too much for you to handle if you can fit on it.
Is KLR 650 comfortable?
As it turns out, for ME, the KLR is more comfortable for long rides than the Concours. The Conc would numb my hands and feet within an hour or so (and that’s with an electronic cruise control), and despite the big fairing, the Concours did not manage airflow very well for me.
