Why is Just Cause 2 so bad?
The first twenty minutes or so of Just Cause 2 are laughably bad. The voice acting is cringe inducing, the story doesn’t exactly seem inspired, and the action is stilted as you try to get a feel for the controls. It’s one of the worst openings for a good game in recent memory.

A good strategy for completing these is to run in and destroy the SAMs, find a helicopter (there’s a landing pad at almost every base) and start destroying everything in the base with the heli. Once the base is in ruins, run in and grab the remaining Resource Items to complete it.
