The staff were great as usual. Big thanks to Abraham and Jorge at the lagoon beach, shuttle driver Karim who made us laugh and teach us some Spanish, Head Concierge Diego, Valeria and Carlos at the Sports Bar. The one negative was the posted pool rule of “For health reasons, children under 12, may not use the heated spa”.
