How much does it cost to reschedule Dolphin Encounter at Georgia Aquarium?
The Aquarium will reschedule your encounter free of charge if the change is made at least 14 days in advance of the original date of visit. If the change is made less than 14 days prior to the original date of your visit, a $20 change fee per reservation will be charged.

What are the procedures at the Georgia Aquarium?
Georgia Aquarium has several sanitization and cleanliness procedures, many of which have been enhanced given the awareness of COVID-19. Our Environmental Operations team continually cleans and disinfects frequently touched places like handles, elevators, faucets, counters, and more.
Prior to our trip I did invest in a city pass that allows you to visit some of the top attractions in Georgia at a more affordable price. The aquarium is located in the heart of Atlanta. Before our visit I purchased and paid for parking and made reservations for our entrance along with the 3 available shows.
How does the shark cage at the Georgia Aquarium work?
The Shark Cage Dive is an immersive experience, not an interactive one. Divers will not come into physical contact with any of the sharks within Georgia Aquarium’s newest gallery. Guests will enter and remain in a stainless-steel cage specifically designed for this experience while sharks swim around the submerged cage.
Where can I buy tickets to the Georgia Aquarium?
Tickets are only available online and need to be purchased in advance of your visit. Entry to Georgia Aquarium will be scheduled in 30-minute timeslots. Your admission is only valid during the timeslot you select. Please arrive on time, this will allow us to ensure proper social distancing is maintained.
Do you need a mask to go to the Georgia Aquarium?
Due to covid, a reservation is required for both entry and the shows. Masks are required at all times and hand sanitizing stations are available through the aquarium. The aquarium Itself is clean and gorgeous on the inside.
