How can I check my old national savings account?
NS&I has a lot of information about finding lost accounts, including Premium Bonds, on its website nsandi.com. Just search “tracing service”. Banks and building societies will also track down lost accounts for free through their own dedicated website, mylostaccount.org.uk.

How do you check national savings certificates?
You can find your holder’s number on your Bond record or by logging in to your account. Your holder’s number has either 10 or 9 digits, or 8 digits followed by a letter. You can only use your NS&I number to check if you have won a prize using our Premium Bonds prize checker app.
