Is Ancient Copper a dry ink?
Dry time actually surprised me. Within 2 or 3 seconds, smudging was almost undetectable. Sure, your mileage will vary based on what pen and paper you’re using, but that’s still really impressive. There isn’t a noticeable sheen once the ink dries, and it dries to a matte color.

Can you mix water with ink?
In general, diluting ink can make the ink lighter in color. It is highly recommended that you dilute your ink in distilled water, rather than tap water, especially if you are using India ink or fountain pen ink (also known as calligraphy ink).
