In order to unlock this door, 1 person has to take the Death Watch Bunker mission from Boba Fett. Boba Fett is found inside the Throne Room of Jabba’s Palace at Tatooine (-5856,-6183). This should be done by the leader(s). Once you have talked to Boba Fett, you are now ready for the bunker itself.
