Is there a Labradoodle rescue?
There are a few rescues that specialize in labradoodles. Most are local rescues but two are national; IDOG and Doodle Rescue Collective. Because they are national, well know organizations, they tend to have more available Labradoodles then the smaller local rescues.
What problems do Labradoodles have?
Labradoodles may develop health conditions common to both Labrador Retrievers and Poodles, especially if you aren’t cautious about whom you buy from. They include hip and elbow dysplasia, an eye disease called progressive retinal atrophy, and von Willebrand’s disease, a bleeding disorder.

We are a small Australian Labradoodle breeder located in the heart of Oklahoma, 60 miles south of Oklahoma City. Southern Oklahoma Labradoodles is owned by two sisters, Jacque Wright and Amanda Redus, and we are thrilled to become a part of the Australian Labradoodle family.
