Why is my rear windshield wiper not working?

The rear wiper may have been deactivated/ coded out using Vag-com by the previous owner. Would be worth checking this if you have access to the equipment or if someone local to you has. When I removed my wiper I also pulled the fuse but cant remember which one it is, you will find it in the owners manual.

Defo. rule out the other methods first though. Check the four pin connector that plugs into the motor with a multimeter. There will be three white wires and one brown. Before testing you need to fool the car into thinking the boot is closed or it will not work.

My rear wiper and washer pump (front & back) don’t work. My front wipers work just fine. I have tested all my fuses and they all work. I pulled the washer pump out and tested on 12V independent and found the pump to be operational just fine (loud and noise as they normally operate) .

Hi and thanx.the wiper does move , but i did try blow air thru the pipe (compressor) and nothin so there must be a kink blockage somwhere.any ideas where to start, and is there an easy way to unblock pipe ?the pump at the front does work fine as i attached another pipe to it and its shoots water out .
