The typical 3 p.m. check-in and 11 a.m. check-out are useful for hotels and resorts, but often not so great for guests. Fortunately, that’s changing. Standard Hotels is introducing “Standard Time” (clever, right?) to allow guests to choose custom check-in and check-out times for a small additional fee (about 5% more).
